But, only few people are able to attain it, that we often think we are not of them, the “luck ones”, so we tend to just give up. <p>During my five years as a personal trainer I&#8217;ve seen a number of trend that guarantee to be &#8220;the best solution for a flat stomach&#8221;. The trends come and go.  Of course, the trend comes to make money and they go because they don&#8217;t give an answer for attaining ripped abs that works.</p>
<p>Here are the 3 of the best tips I know for getting those sexy abs that you&#8217;ve been dreaming for.</p>

<li>Nutrition is Key!
<p>You must provide your body all the nutrients that are needed. Good Nutrition will help your body to feed your muscles, aiding you to recover more quickly from each workout. Eating healthy means consuming as many whole foods as you can. Whole foods are found in their natural state &#8211; an apple for instance. So go for fruits, vegetables, seeds, nuts, and whole grains, not boxed, pre-made, or frozen foods.</li>
<li>Your workouts shouldn&#8217;t be focused on your abs.
<p>Most of the time, I see people doing 40 minutes of exercises meant to tone the stomach &#8211; crunches, sit ups, etc. Doing this kind of routine is in fact a highly ineffective and can actually be rather dangerous. In the book, <em>The Truth About Abs</em>, you will find a full collection of multi-joint exercises that are remarkably effective for burning body fat and revealing sexy, ripped abs.</li>
<li>You should take action today!
<p>We always all tend to say &#8220;I&#8217;ll start my new diet after the weekend&#8221; or &#8220;I&#8217;ll begin working out after the holidays have passed&#8221;. If you really wish to free yourself from that flabby stomach, you must get down to it today.
